1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the h555com platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. These Terms apply to all products and services offered by h555com, including but not limited to cricket betting, football betting, esports betting, Andar Bahar, slots, fishing games and any promotional offers or loyalty programmes operated by h555com.

These Terms are in addition to any specific product rules, bonus terms or promotional conditions that may be published separately on the h555com platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific product rule, the more specific rule applies to the matter it addresses. Where no specific rule exists, these Terms govern.

2 Eligibility

To register and use h555com, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period during which you hold an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. h555com does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the h555com platform or under any applicable exclusion programme.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent or affiliate of h555com or any of its associated entities.

h555com reserves the right to verify a player's eligibility at any time by requesting identity documents, proof of age or any other documentation reasonably required. Failure to provide requested documentation within the time specified may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on h555com. Creating duplicate accounts, or permitting another person to use your account, is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held in those accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information at registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.

• One account per person — multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number is required for registration and two-factor authentication.
• A working email address is required for account notifications and password recovery.

h555com may request identity verification (KYC) at any point, and particularly before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until the verification process is completed satisfactorily.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits at h555com are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency is accepted and no currency conversion is applied. The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on deposits for standard verified accounts, though h555com reserves the right to apply individual deposit limits at its discretion for risk management purposes.

h555com supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

• Easypaisa — Mobile wallet transfer. Credited instantly.
• JazzCash — Mobile wallet transfer. Credited instantly.
• NayaPay & SadaPay — Digital wallets. Credited same day.
• Bank IBFT — Inter-bank transfer from any Pakistani bank. Credited same day.
• Visa / Mastercard — PKR debit or credit card. 3D Secure verified.

Deposits are for the purpose of using the h555com platform. Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing without placing any bets or playing any games is considered abuse of the payment system and may result in a fee being applied or the account being reviewed. h555com does not accept deposits from third parties — all payment methods used must be registered in the same name as the h555com account holder.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at h555com are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed same day during normal banking hours.

h555com processes withdrawal requests on a first-come, first-served basis. To be eligible for withdrawal processing, your account must be fully verified and you must not have any outstanding bonus wagering requirements on funds that form part of the withdrawal amount. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests held pending the completion of identity verification.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per request.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash: typically processed within 30 minutes.
• Bank IBFT: processed same day during banking hours.
• Full KYC verification required before first withdrawal.
• Withdrawal method must match the account holder's name.

h555com reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds or where suspicious activity has been flagged. This may result in a delay of up to 72 hours in exceptional cases. We will notify you via email or SMS if your withdrawal is subject to an enhanced review.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

h555com offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. Where a wagering requirement applies to a bonus, this means that the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount plus the bonus — must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested against those funds.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit at h555com only.
• Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unclaimed or unwagered bonuses may be forfeited after the stated expiry date.
• Only one welcome bonus per player. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses will be closed.
• h555com reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on h555com are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed odds at the time a bet is placed and the odds actually applied, h555com reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account balance.

Bets placed on cricket markets including PSL, international Tests, ODIs and T20Is are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. In-play bets are settled on the result at the time of the applicable event conclusion or, in the case of suspended play, on the result when play resumes or is officially concluded. Where a match is abandoned without a result, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.

• Minimum stake per bet is Rs 50 on most markets. Specific limits apply to certain high-value markets.
• Maximum winnings per single bet are subject to market-specific limits displayed in the betting interface.
• h555com reserves the right to void any bet placed using demonstrably incorrect odds caused by a technical error.
• Live in-play bets are final once confirmed. Cancellation of in-play bets is not permitted after the bet is accepted.

h555com takes match integrity seriously. Any player found to be placing bets based on inside information, or coordinating bets with other parties in a manner that constitutes manipulation, will have their account permanently closed and any winnings forfeited. h555com cooperates fully with relevant authorities where match-fixing or fraud is suspected.

8 Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available on h555com — including slots, Andar Bahar, fishing games and any live casino offerings — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third parties. Game results are determined solely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by the player or by h555com's operational staff.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or any technical error during a game round, h555com will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If the game state cannot be reliably determined, the round will be voided and the applicable bet returned to the player's account. h555com is not liable for losses incurred due to player-side connection issues, device failures or browser incompatibilities.

9 Refer a Friend Programme

The h555com Refer a Friend programme allows verified account holders to earn PKR cash rewards by introducing new players to the platform. Full programme rules are available on the Refer a Friend page. The following core conditions apply to all referrals:

• Referred players must register using the referring player's unique referral link and must not have held any previous h555com account.
• The referral reward of Rs 500 PKR is credited to the referrer's account only upon the referred player's first qualifying deposit of Rs 500 or more.
• Self-referrals, referrals between accounts belonging to the same household, or referrals created through automated or fraudulent means will be voided.
• There is no limit to the number of valid referrals a player may make. Tiered rewards apply at higher monthly referral volumes.

h555com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Refer a Friend programme at any time. Rewards already credited to accounts in accordance with the programme rules at the time of earning are not affected by subsequent programme changes.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on h555com. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, or creating accounts on behalf of other individuals.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial crime or fraud.
• Depositing funds that are derived from criminal activity or on behalf of a third party without their knowledge.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the h555com platform.
• Placing bets in collusion with other players or with individuals involved in the sporting event being wagered upon.
• Providing false identity information or using a stolen identity during registration or KYC verification.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

h555com reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to: breach of eligibility requirements, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, failure to complete KYC verification, or any activity that places h555com's platform integrity or licence at risk.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold for the duration of the review. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, all held funds will be released and processed without undue delay. Where the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account that cannot be verified as legitimately deposited may be forfeited.

Players may also choose to voluntarily close their h555com account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing conditions.

12 Privacy and Data

h555com collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering at h555com, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely for the operation of your account, the processing of PKR transactions, identity verification and the delivery of customer support services.

h555com does not sell, rent or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary for the operation of the platform. All data processing is conducted with appropriate technical and organisational security measures in place.

13 Responsible Gaming

h555com is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We offer a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools that are available to all account holders at no additional cost. All players are encouraged to use these tools to manage their gaming activity in a way that suits their personal circumstances.

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your h555com account.
• Loss Limits — Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Timers — Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cool-Off Period — Temporarily restrict your account for between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — Close your account for a defined period of between 6 months and 5 years, or permanently.

h555com does not permit self-excluded players to register new accounts during their exclusion period. Any accounts created in breach of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and all funds returned. 14 Limitation of Liability

h555com provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and do not accept liability for any losses resulting from platform downtime, maintenance windows or events outside h555com's reasonable control.

h555com's total liability to any individual player in connection with the use of the platform, arising from any cause of action, shall not exceed the value of the balance held in that player's account at the time the cause of action arose. h555com is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits h555com's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

15 Changes to These Terms

h555com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email or SMS to the contact details on their account at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. For minor or clarificatory changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date on this page without direct notification.

Continued use of the h555com platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and, if you wish, contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
